Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is open to Wendy’s Fan Club members only, if you are not a member the entry form is also a registration form. By registering for this competition you agree to join the Wendys Fan Club and receive any future  communication from Wendys about products and promotions. 
2. This competition is open to persons of any age but please note that your entry may be published on this website, Facebook page or as promotional material as a contender or winner of one of the prizes. If you are under 18 you must  ensure you have your parents permission first. 
3. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
4. The prize is not redeemable for cash or tranferrable.
5. The Winners will be notified by phone (voice or text) or email and the tickets will be posted or couriered to the address  supplied in the entry form. Wendys take no responsibility for  lost tickets. If you submit a false or incorrect address or  misspell your address we cannot guarantee that you will  receive the tickets in time for the game, we take no responsibility for any of these scenarios.
6. Employees of Wendys, their agency or anyone associated  with this competition may not enter the competition.
7. Your personal details will be stored in a database. The participant may at any time request removal from the  database. If no request is made it is deemed acceptance that  the information can be used at the discretion of Wendys.
8. Personal information provided at the time of entry is  presumed to be true and, in the case of text or email  notification - active, through to and beyond the date of the  competition’s completion.
